HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
There are a few precautions we wish to detail below:
You must not visit if you or any member of your household have any signs of cold or flu or COVID. This also applies to us.
A clean, laundered wrap will be provided for each client. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or defer appointments if we feel there are any concerns. Please arrive at the time of your appointment and not earlier.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS
There is usually a waiting list at the salon therefore it is so disappointing when an appointment is not filled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. Unless we manage fill your spot, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the service you booked prior to any future appointments or bookings.
